Clay-Duval Pet Emergency is an after-hours emergency clinic that is equipped to handle trauma and critical care emergencies during the hours that local veterinarians are not available.  This service is supported by the majority of veterinarians in the greater Orange Park, Clay County, and Jacksonville areas and strives to provide the best possible medical and surgical services in an efficient yet caring environment.

The primary goal of this clinic is to treat and stabilize sick and injured pets until they can be transferred to their regular veterinarian for definitive follow-up care.  Although our staff is well-equipped to handle any medical or surgical emergency, most of our treatments are directed at providing acute, life-saving treatment and stabilization. Thus, a close relationship with area hospitals is critical for long-term follow-up care and we rely on excellent communication with your veterinarian to provide the continuity of care needed to help your pet through their illness or injury.

Clay-Duval Pet Emergency is well equipped with all the medications, diagnostic medical, and surgical equipment necessary to see your pet through most emergencies. There are one or two veterinarians and trained assistants on duty at all times to provide for your pet's medical and surgical care.
